RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Starting Jan.1,2008, all credits for damaged or defect ive items will be applied for store credit only.

Returns and exchanges must be reported within 7 days from the day you received items.

Restocking fee (10% of order amount) applies to all returns.

RMA number will be issued on each return.

Any items returned without Return Authorization will be discarded. No credits will be applied.

Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-damaged items of exchange.
a) HOW TO RECEIVE RMA# FOR RETURN If you would like to return damaged items, please send us an e-mail at colorsoffashion@sbcglobal.net with your order number in the subject field. One of our customer service representative will contact with you via phone or e-mail. A RMA# will be given. You will NOT be able to return without RMA#.
b) Returned checks will incur a charge of $30.00 per instance and may result in cancellation of terms.
How to cancel order :-
You can cancel an order by sending us an email at orders@colorsoffashion.net, mentioning the details of the order you wish to cancel. For cancellation of orders the following points are applicable:
If you cancel an online order before we have shipped your items to you, we will issue a refund after deducting online payment processing charges.
If you cancel an online order after we have shipped your items to you, the cancellation will be valid provided you send back to us the ordered items and we receive the items in their original undamaged condition. We will issue a refund after deducting online payment processing charges and the shipping cost for having shipped the items to you. A refund is processed immediately at our end. However the payment gateway providers take upto 20 days to actually issue the refund and return the money to your card.

Shylaa Llc. accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Master card. Billing options such Net 30 may be available, subject to approval from Capital Factor.
Failure to meet payment terms may result in withholding of future shipments and/or cancellation of credit terms. Past due invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). Customer will be responsible for all costs and legal fees incurred to collect unpaid invoices.
